Coaches are the key to player development. Rise SC boasts one of the most highly licensed coaching staffs in the nation. Like professionals in any industry, your probability for success increases with education. Rise SC is committed to developing our players by having the most talented and qualified coaches lead our players and oversee our program. We firmly believe that better coaches = better players. Rise SC offers opportunities for coaches on a part-time and/or full-time basis and everything in between for beginners and advanced level coaches.

Recreational / Beginner Level Coaches

Time Commitment: Full-Time or Part-Time

Minimum License Required: USSF E or equivalent

Beginner Level Coaches are generally assigned to teams that have players that are looking to build and enhance their soccer skills. Rise SC expects Beginner Level Coaches to be energetic and engaging individuals who motivate our players to aspire to be the best they can. Beginner Level Coaches at Rise SC will be looking to grow within the game and continue to pursue their soccer education. The teams you coach as an Beginner Level (full time) Coach will train 2-3 times per week, have games on Saturday and/or Sunday, and compete in 2-4 events throughout the year. The teams at this level play in local leagues that require little travel. Part Time coaches have an abbreviated schedule.

Beginner Level Coaches are expected to perform at a level that ensures that Rise SC maintains an unparalleled player environment. Beginner Coaches must display a positive attitude and lead meaningful training sessions which are conducive to a professional learning environment. Beginner Level Coaches are expected to use their able communication and administrative skills to interact with players, parents, club administrators, and club leadership. Beginner Level Coaches will be educated in and expected to implement the Rise SC player development philosophy, methodology and curriculum.

Pink Star Divider

Intermediate Level Coaches

Time Commitment: Full-Time or Part-Time

Minimum License Required: USSF C or equivalent

Intermediate Level Coaches are generally assigned to teams that represent the second most competitive teams in age groups within our Competitive Program. Advanced Coaches at Rise SC will be highly qualified and have experienced in the game. The teams you coach as an Intermediate Level (full time) Coach will train 3-4 times per week, have games on Saturday and/or Sunday, and compete in 2-5 events throughout the year. The teams at this level play in local and regional leagues that will require travel. Part Time coaches have an abbreviated schedule.

Intermediate Coaches are expected to perform at a level that ensures that Rise SC maintains an unparalleled player environment. Advanced Coaches at Rise SC will be our most qualified and experienced in the game. The teams you coach as an Advanced Level (full time) Coach will train 3-4 times per week, have games on Saturday and/or Sunday, and compete in 2-5 events throughout the year. The teams at this level play in local, regional and national leagues that will require travel. Part Time coaches have an abbreviated schedule.
