RISE SC is proud to offer the most comprehensive competitive youth soccer programming in Houston. Although RISE Competitive fees may appear higher than other clubs on the surface, a quick look at the unparalleled quality and quantity of programming we provide makes RISE, dollar for dollar, the best youth soccer value and experience in the city. RISE SC fees support the elite, professional instruction and excellent facilities that help us deliver the ultimate player environment.
Our pricing structure for the competitive program includes entry into specific RISE SC tournaments, specific approved outside tournaments, in-house friendlies and showcase events unless restricted by program and/or age. Our fees also include training and league costs (including league travel for coaches).

RISE SC and Reliant Energy teamed up to create the Reliant Energy Power Program (“Power Program”), a financial aid program designed to reduce the economic barriers of playing youth soccer. Through the Power Program RISE and Reliant Energy assist qualified players to cover all or a portion of RISE SC’s required fees. Awards of financial assistance under the Power Program are referred to as “Reliant Energy Power Awards” or “Power Awards.”
Any family is eligible to apply for financial aid if an economic barrier would prevent the player from playing soccer. No player will be disqualified from consideration because of sex, race, color, creed or religious beliefs.
Power Awards will be granted on a yearly basis and must be applied for each year by the Power Program deadline along with the submission of the required documents to ensure consideration.
Players must complete and submit the Power Award application and the required documentation to the club along with a copy of the first two pages of the family’s most recent federal tax return or documentation that the household is currently eligible for one of the following public assistance programs: National School Lunch Program, Summer Food Service, SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, CHIP, TANF or Texas Energy Assistance Program.
Before player evaluations, financial aid applicants will be given an indicative range of aid they may qualify for and the corresponding fee balance they will be responsible for. Players of families who accept the range of aid and the corresponding fee balance will be invited to participate in player evaluations and may be eligible for team placements.
Power Award details are available via the player registration platform where player applications are submitted.
