Braca started his youth career in FK Fojnica in 1976. Academy FK Zeljeznicar in 1980. His professional debut came in a friendly for FK Turbina vs. FK Hajduk Split in 1986 in which he ended the game with a clean sheet. He was promoted to the starting GK at the start of the season. Braca retired from professional competition from FK Turbina in 1999 and started his coaching career in the United States. Braca has been a fixture with RISE and is known for his high-paced and challenging goalkeeper sessions.
